It is widely used in the big arm, boom, bucket, and other parts of construction machinery such as excavators. 1. Sealing system

-Unique dust-proof design reduces soil and sand intrusion and oil leakage, maintaining the integrity of the oil film on the surface of the piston rod.

2. Wear resistant process

Cylinder barrel: The inner wall is processed by rolling, with a roughness controlled at Ra0.4-0.8 μ m and a hardness of HB207, improving wear resistance.

Piston rod: High frequency quenching (hardness HRC55 ± 2 °)+nickel plated hard chromium (thickness 0.03-0.06mm), surface roughness Ra0.03-0.06 μ m, rust and anti-collision.

3. Security Buffer

-Built in travel terminal buffer mechanism, supports slow return and emergency shut-off valve installation, absorbs shock and vibration.
