High-strength cylinder: Made of seamless steel tubes or alloy materials, it can withstand internal oil pressure and external loads.
Precision piston and piston rod: The surface of the piston rod is hardened and finely ground, featuring high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance; the piston is equipped with a precisely designed valve group (compression valve, recovery valve, flow valve, etc.).
High-performance hydraulic oil: Selects dedicated damping oil with excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics, anti-foaming properties, oxidation resistance, and good lubrication.
Precision sealing system: Utilizes multiple levels of sealing (main seal, dust-proof seal, guide elements, etc.), ensuring that the hydraulic oil does not leak over a long period, preventing external contaminants from entering, and guaranteeing long service life and reliable operation.
Valve system: Core component, generating the required damping force characteristics (linear, progressive, etc.) by controlling the cross-sectional area and path of the oil flow.
Inflation design: The double-tube shock absorber fills low-pressure nitrogen above the oil to compensate for the volume change of the oil, prevent cavitation, and possibly provide additional progressive damping effect.
