The gear rack swing cylinder is a Hydraulic Actuator that converts hydraulic energy into limited angle rotary motion. It drives the rack motion on the piston through hydraulic oil, and drives the gear shaft that meshes with it to achieve rotational output.
Working principle
1. Pressure oil enters the cylinder and drives the piston to move in a straight line
2. The rack on the piston drives the gear to rotate
3. Gear shaft output rotational torque
4. Change the direction of the oil circuit through a Directional Valve to achieve forward and reverse rotation
