-High/Low Speed Independent Compression Adjustment: Some of our products offer two independent high/low speed compression adjustment systems, allowing drivers to switch between pedaling efficiency or sensitivity modes according to track requirements; Some products achieve terrain adaptation through a 3-speed control lever (open/pedal/lock), with pedal mode optimization technology for climbing and open mode for high-speed downhill. 

（2） Thermal management and stability enhancement

-Low friction structure: We use a nitride coated floating piston and a large capacity oil circuit design to suppress thermal attenuation caused by long-term operation and maintain stable performance at high temperatures of 74 ℃.

-Optimization of oil formula: We dynamically adjust the viscosity of the oil through a thermal expansion valve to ensure consistent damping; We can also customize mixed oil for customers to adapt to high-frequency impact environments.

（3）Lightweight and Rigid Balance

Aviation grade materials : Our mainstream product "NEW SANCHI" series uses carbon fiber rudder tubes and magnesium alloy outer barrels, with a weight as low as 1491g (front fork); ”The "SANCHI" series uses 7000 series aluminum alloy CNC machined parts, which reduces weight by 100-200g compared to similar products.

Adjustment accuracy: Rebound damping can reach 18-24 levels, with 10 fine adjustments for low-speed compression.

Travel Adaptation : Covering XC to Enduro requirements

Extreme working condition tolerance: Operating temperature range of -10 ° C to+80 ° C, high-pressure sealing design to prevent sediment intrusion.

Customization requirements: We provide vehicle motion analysis and damping curve customization services, and require submission of riding style data.

Compatibility verification: Confirm that the gallbladder size (eye to eye length/stroke) matches the geometry of the chassis.
