Integrated electric magnetic induction cylinder

Magnetic induction cylinder is a Hydraulic Cylinder integrated with magnetostrictive displacement sensor, which can detect piston position in real-time and with high precision. It is widely used in hydraulic systems that require closed-loop control and high-precision positioning.

**2. Working principle**

The core of the magnetic induction cylinder is the magnetostrictive displacement sensor, which works as follows:

1. The magnetic ring is installed on the piston and moves with the piston.   

2. The sensor waveguide wire is fixed inside the oil cylinder and generates magnetic field pulses when powered on.   

When the magnetic field meets the magnetic field of the magnetic ring, a torsional wave is generated, and the sensor calculates the time difference to accurately measure the position of the piston.
